For active adults in Central NJ with back pain that has lasted months, even after physical therapy
Tried PT, Adjustments, or Injections and Your Back Still Hurts? Here’s Why…
Conventional back care only addresses symptoms, not all the root causes.
Dr. Nate Leer, DC, adds the step others skip: building your back up for the life you want.
One doctor. One full hour. Every visit.
- Veteran-owned
- No insurance limits on your care
- Text Dr. Nate between visits
- No referral needed
- HSA accepted
“After 15 years of trying numerous treatments, such as ointments, pain relievers, medications, injections, health product purchases, rest, a variety of PT services, and surgeries, I have finally received notable relief with Leer Motion Therapy.”

Most care treats where it hurts.
Very little of it rebuilds what your back needs to handle your life. So the pain returns.
- Relief doesn’t lastA stretch, an adjustment, or a pill gets you through the day. Then you need more.
- You keep starting overYou ease back into your routine, while your back still can’t handle it. The pain stops you again.
- PT ended before you were readyYou showed up each week and did the work. But your therapist had other patients, insurance limited your sessions, and exercises didn’t change.
- Only your back got treatedNo one checked how your hips, knees, and feet played into your back pain. Your care was restricted to what insurance covered.
- You don’t trust your backYou’ve adjusted your lifestyle to avoid the pain. You fear that one wrong move.
- Tired of proving your pain is realAfter a while, you start doubting yourself. You start wondering, “Is this just my life now?”
We’ve heard it all. Many patients come to us feeling hopeless, and leave with their lives back, even people who were told they might need surgery.

“Before coming to him, I had tried everything: traditional physical therapy, spinal steroid injections. Nothing gave me meaningful relief. After a month under the care of Dr. Nate, I was able to lift 255 lbs. without any pain, and we’re only halfway through my treatment plan.
My pain is already far more manageable than it has been in years.”

A note from Dr. Nate
- Doctor of Chiropractic
- U.S. Coast Guard veteran
- College wrestler and coach
- 6 years treating back pain
Early on, I worked in traditional clinics. I watched patients put in the time, money, and effort, then keep coming back, week after week, with the same pain. Some were told their bodies were “broken.”
Good care shouldn’t make you depend on me. It should give you what you need to keep going without me.
Dr. Nate Leer, DC
“The general feeling working with Dr. Nate is ‘this is how ALL healthcare should feel.’ … He helped me make a plan for sustained relief that didn’t revolve around me endlessly returning to him for treatment forever and ever. … Following his plan has helped my back pain improve 85–90%, and it has been several weeks since my last appointment.”

I built a program around the core step most care skips…
Introducing The Rebuild Method™
Lasting recovery takes three steps. Most treatments barely get past step one.
- Reduce the pain, so everyday movement feels manageable.
- Retrain how you move, with control, in the activities you struggle with.
- Rebuild your back. Step by step, build the strength to lift, carry, golf, and train again.
Step 1Reduce pain
- Chiropractic adjustments
- Soft tissue work
- Shockwave therapy
- Neubie stimulation
Step 2Retrain movement
- Mobility work
- Strengthening weak areas
- Balance training
- Guided exercise
- Movement coaching
- Coordination exercises
Step 3Rebuild strength
- Strength training
- Lifting and carrying
- Training for real goals
- New challenges
- Building up weight
Every Rebuild plan starts with a full-body evaluation, not just your back. A full hour, one-on-one, every visit. It’s rehab built around your real life.
Learning what your back can handle is essential to providing lasting relief.
“When I first started working with Dr. Nate, I had no expectations of lifting weights. My goal was increasing movement and strength. When Dr. Nate introduced the idea of lifting weights, I was extremely skeptical, but through those exercises, I was able to successfully lift weights without fear of back and joint pain. I now feel comfortable doing things I wouldn't have dreamed I could do in the past.”

Book your Rebuild Evaluation & Treatment and learn how you can rebuild your back.
A plan built around you starts with your Rebuild Evaluation & Treatment.
One focused hour, one-on-one with Dr. Nate. This first visit combines an evaluation with a full treatment session, so you can experience the Rebuild approach before deciding on a recommended package.
Your story
What hurts, how long it’s been going on, what you’ve already tried, and what you want to get back to.
Your baseline
Measurements of how you move, bend, and handle load, so your progress is something you can see, not just feel.
Physical testing
Hands-on tests of your back, hips, knees, and feet to find what’s contributing to your pain, not just where it hurts.
Your first treatment
This is more than an evaluation. You’ll get a full treatment session, and many patients leave feeling some relief. Then you decide whether to continue with a package for lasting results.
Your Rebuild plan
If Dr. Nate believes he can help, he’ll walk you through a recommended program: what it involves, how long it takes, and what it costs. No pressure to decide on the spot.
How much more of your life will you put on hold?
Another weekend sitting out. Another invitation you turn down. Another “not now” when your grandkids ask you to play.
The risk is that these compromises start to feel normal. You stop making plans around what you love and start making them around your back.
What if your life looked different by next season?
Looking forward to a trip instead of worrying about the drive. Getting back to the gym with confidence. Reaching the end of a day and realizing you didn’t think about your back.
Many patients leave their first treatment session feeling relief and understanding their body better.
One treatment session. Individual results vary.
Results don’t wait for the last visit. Patients feel progress build session by session, because each visit picks up where the last one left off.
After your Rebuild Evaluation & Treatment, we recommend a package based on what we find and our experience with similar cases. Then, we tailor each visit to your progress and goals.
“I have been symptom free and back to full strength, working out without limitation and more confident than I ever was. I owe LMT all the credit.”
Book your Rebuild Evaluation & Treatment and tell Dr. Nate what you’d like to get back to.
Don’t let “I’ll deal with it later” become another season of missing out.
Dr. Nate sees every patient himself, one full hour at a time, so he can only take on a few new patients each week.

Frequently asked questions
What happens at the Rebuild Evaluation & Treatment?
You’ll spend a full hour one-on-one with Dr. Nate. He’ll go over what hurts, what you’ve tried, and what you want to get back to, then take measurements and run hands-on tests of your back, hips, knees, and feet. The visit also includes hands-on treatment, appropriate treatment tools, and guided movement to introduce the Rebuild approach. If he believes he can help, he’ll recommend a program and explain exactly what it involves and costs, with no pressure to decide on the spot.
I’ve already tried PT, adjustments, or injections. How is this different?
The Rebuild Method™ looks beyond where it hurts to find the source of your pain, then builds toward what you want to do again. We combine pain relief, movement training, and progressive strength work in a plan built around your whole body and your goals.
Do I need to be fit or have experience lifting weights?
Not at all. We start with what you can handle today, and Dr. Nate guides you through each exercise. You’ll build strength step by step, with challenges tailored to your ability and confidence. You’d be surprised what you can do!
How many visits will I need?
After your evaluation and treatment, Dr. Nate will recommend a package based on your needs, goals, and his experience with similar cases. Each visit builds on your progress, with adjustments along the way. You should feel progress along the way, not just at the end. The goal is to help you keep moving forward independently.
Will I always work directly with Dr. Nate?
Yes. Every treatment session is a full hour, one-on-one, with Dr. Nate. He gets to know your body, tracks what’s changing, and keeps your care focused on what matters to you.
Do you take insurance, and what does the program cost?
We’re a self-pay practice and don’t bill insurance, so your care is never limited by what insurance will cover. The Rebuild Evaluation & Treatment is $210. If Dr. Nate recommends a program, he’ll explain the full cost before you decide, with no obligation to start.
We offer payment plans that let you spread the cost of your care over time. You can use HSA funds, and we can provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer yourself.
Can I talk to Dr. Nate before I book?
Yes. Request a free 5-minute call and he’ll call you back to answer your questions and help you decide if the Rebuild Evaluation & Treatment is right for you.
What if Dr. Nate doesn’t think he can help?
He’ll tell you. If your assessment shows that another provider is a better fit for your situation, he’ll say so plainly and point you toward someone who can help.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed to start with us. Book your Rebuild Evaluation & Treatment, or request a free call if you’d like to talk first.
