This policy explains what information Leer Motion Therapy (“LMT,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Your care and records at our clinic are handled separately, through our practice management and scheduling system.
Information you give us
When you request a free call, we collect your name, phone number, email address, how long your back has been bothering you, your preferred call time, and whether you agree to receive text messages. Please don’t send medical details through the website form; we’ll discuss them by phone or in person.
When you book an appointment, you leave this site and book through our scheduling provider, Jane. Information you enter there, including payment details, is handled under Jane’s own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site and the tools on it collect basic technical information: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location based on IP address, the website or ad that referred you, and campaign identifiers in the link you clicked (such as UTM tags or ad click IDs). Some of this is collected with cookies or similar technologies.
How we use information
- To call you back, answer your questions, and schedule care if you choose to.
- To send text messages about your request, only if you opt in.
- To understand which ads and pages bring people to us, so we can improve them.
- To keep the site secure and working properly.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this site and respond to you, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Netlify, which hosts this website and receives form submissions.
- Zapier and Google (Google Sheets), which we use to track and follow up on requests.
- Mailchimp, which we use to send emails and text messages.
- Jane, our scheduling and payment provider, when you book.
- Google (Google Ads and Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which provide advertising and measurement tools that may use cookies to report on how people find and use this site.
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Text messages
If you check the box to receive texts, we’ll send messages related to your request and appointments. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase. Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Your choices
- You can ask us to update or delete the information you submitted through this site by contacting us below.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- You can manage ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.
Security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information you send us and keep it only as long as we need it to respond to you and run our practice, or as the law requires. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information through it.
Changes
We may update this policy as our website or tools change. The effective date above shows when it was last updated.
